I graduated with a B.A. in Comparative Literature, focusing on 19th c. British and French lit. What this means is I spent my undergrad taking a bunch of language classes, because Complit lets you do that, having to explain my major a billion times when I myself didn't quite understand what it was, and reading endless amounts of Dickens and Hugo.
I'm in the delightful audition-a-billion-times stage of being an opera singer (there are five stages -- something I just made up, but will articulate someday). I know, Complit major, opera singer, how much more economically sound can I GET?
